Introducing Typework

The AI-native system your organization runs on. You direct the work in plain language, and Max — the assistant inside Typework — does it with you.

01

What Typework is

Typework is an AI-native platform for running the work of an organization. You don't feed it forms and dashboards. You tell it what you need — in plain language — and Max pulls the data, sets things up, drafts the work, and acts on your behalf. You stay in the seat: you review, you approve, it's done.

Most software adds AI on top of a twenty-year-old data model. Typework is built the other way around: AI is the substrate, and the working surfaces sit on top of it. That's the difference between a tool that stores what you already did and one that does part of the job with you.

It began as an intelligent CRM — a smarter way to run customer relationships. Underneath, it's a general operating layer: your data, your people, your public pages, your communications, your connected tools, and the automation that ties them together — in one place, run by one assistant.

In one line: Typework turns the work of running an organization into something AI and people do together, end to end.
02

What it does

Everything in Typework is one connected system. These are the pieces.

The assistant

Max — the one you direct

A single place to talk to your whole operation. Ask Max to find, build, analyze, or reach out. It plans the steps, does the work, and shows you the result before anything leaves the building.

Data

A living data core

Structured tables that think. Applications, contacts, events, records — data Max can query, chart, and act on. Ask a question in plain language, get a live dashboard back.

Automation

Agents & skills

Configurable AI agents, each bound to your data and a set of repeatable skills — collecting a form, triaging applications, answering questions, sending an invoice. Set up once; runs every time, in your voice.

Public-facing

Pages, forms & portals

Build application portals, registration forms, and landing pages on your own address — no separate website tool. What people submit flows straight into your data core.

Access

People, roles & gated access

Give your team accounts and roles. Put a login in front of a review portal so only the right people see inside. Run acceptance-only workflows end to end.

Reach

Channels

An AI front door for your audience — web chat today, WhatsApp and messaging available. The same Max that runs your operation can talk to the people you serve.

Integration

Connected apps

Drives the tools you already use — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Maps, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta & Google Ads, and Stripe. Schedule the meeting, pull the transcript, send the email, issue the invoice.

Memory

Knowledge

Upload your documents and Typework indexes them for meaning, not just keywords. Max answers from your own material and grounds its work in what you actually know.

Governance

Automation & audit

Schedule recurring work, run many steps at once, and trust that every action is recorded and reversible. Anything that reaches outside waits for your approval first.

03

How it works

The whole system runs on one simple loop.

  1. You direct.

Tell Max what you want, in plain language. No query builder, no forms to learn.

  2. Max acts.

It reads your data, connects to the right tools, and does the work — drafting, scheduling, analyzing, organizing.

  3. You approve.

Anything that changes the outside world — a sent email, a charge, a published page — is previewed and held until you say go.

  4. It's done, and logged.

The result lands in your data core, recorded in full history, and reversible if you change your mind.

Approval on every external action

Max drafts and prepares freely, but never sends, charges, or publishes without an explicit yes. You are always in the seat.

Full history and rollback

Every change is an entry you can inspect and undo — the safety net a small, fast-moving team needs.

And it's live in hours, not quarters. No six-month rollout, no certified consultants. Start with one workflow that matters, switch it on, add from there.
